Key rules
| Topic | What you need to know |
|---|---|
| Notice | A term’s notice is needed to reduce sessions or cancel. Fees (and funding) still apply for that term if not given. |
| Absence | No refunds for holidays, sickness or unexpected closures such as extreme weather. |
| Invoices | Issued at the start of each term and due within 14 days. |
| Unpaid fees | The Additional Hours place is withdrawn and only funded hours can be used. Debts may be recovered through the Small Claims Court. If you’re struggling, talk to the Manager or Treasurer about a payment plan. |
| Missed sessions | If we can’t offer a funded session (e.g. polling station) or it falls on a Bank Holiday, we’ll offer an alternative. |
| Weeks beyond 38 | Charged as additional hours. We give at least four weeks’ notice and you can choose not to attend. |
| Nappies | Parents provide nappies/pull-ups (and nappy rash cream for 2-year-olds). |
| How to pay | Bank transfer to account 62382644, sort code 40-16-11, with your child’s name as the reference. Tax-Free Childcare, childcare vouchers and Universal Credit childcare elements are accepted. |
